The Butcher Retailer course is ideal for those who wish to work or already work in the butcher area and want to qualify to offer a quality service. In it, you will understand the role of the butcher retailer in the meat trade, from receiving the goods to selling to the end consumer. During the course, the student will learn about different types of beef, pork, and chicken cuts, meat handling and preservation techniques, hygiene and safety regulations at work, as well as customer service and inventory control. At the end of the course, the student will take an online quiz with objective questions to test their acquired knowledge.
