About the course
The Cargo Agent course presents the fundamentals of logistics, addressing the essential processes of transportation and goods management. With a practical approach, the content prepares the student to act as an intermediary between shippers, carriers, and other stakeholders in the sector. During the classes, the student will learn about regulations, documentation, negotiation techniques, as well as strategies to optimize cargo movement. The course also explores the use of tools that facilitate the organization and control of logistical processes. At the end of the modules, the student will participate in an interactive quiz that assesses the knowledge acquired throughout the course. This activity allows for reviewing the studied content and identifying areas that can be further explored for better professional performance. After taking the quiz, the student can obtain a completion certificate for a symbolic price.
