About the course

The Building Caretaker course was created for those who wish to work in the maintenance, organization, and proper functioning of residential, commercial, or public buildings. It is an excellent opportunity for those seeking a new profession or wanting to improve their knowledge in this sector. The course is completely online, free, and open to everyone. During the course, the student will learn about the main duties of a building caretaker, such as cleaning care, preventive maintenance of facilities, building security, resident and visitor service, as well as basic notions of electrical work, plumbing, and conflict management. At the end of the content, the student will take a quiz with multiple-choice questions based on what was studied. After completing the quiz, the student will have the option to request a completion certificate, upon payment of a nominal fee. This document can be used to prove professional qualification, add value to the resume, or present in job interviews and selection processes. This is a free course, offered in accordance with the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education (LDB), Law No. 9,394/1996, and Presidential Decree No. 5,154, of July 23, 2004.
