About the course

The Bakery for Children's Parties course is aimed at those who wish to learn how to prepare creative and tasty sweets for children's celebrations. It covers basic and practical concepts of bakery, focusing on products that enchant children and adults. Throughout the course, the student will learn how to make decorated cakes, cupcakes, gourmet brigadeiros, thematic sweets, and other popular recipes at children's parties. Notions of decoration, color combinations, presentation of sweets, and hygiene and conservation care will also be presented. At the end of the course, the student will take a quiz to test the knowledge acquired during the classes. This questionnaire aims to reinforce learning and verify the understanding of the main topics covered. After completing the course and passing the quiz, the student may choose to acquire a completion certificate for a symbolic fee. The certificate can be used to complement the resume, prove study hours, or support entrepreneurial initiatives in the bakery field. This course is open, free, and accessible to anyone, without requiring a minimum level of education. It is in accordance with the National Education Guidelines and Bases Law (LDB), Law No. 9,394/1996, and Presidential Decree No. 5,154, of July 23, 2004, which regulate open courses in Brazil.
