About the course

The Crisis Management course was created to train people who want to understand how to act in unexpected and complex situations, whether in the corporate, institutional, or even personal environment. The course covers essential strategies and tools for dealing with crises efficiently and responsibly. Throughout the course, the student will learn about risk identification, planning preventive actions, communication in critical moments, decision making under pressure, and post-crisis recovery. Real cases and best practices that help minimize negative impacts during a crisis will also be explored. At the end of the course, the student will take an evaluation quiz, with questions based on the content studied. This test aims to reinforce learning, allow a self-assessment of acquired knowledge, and prepare the student for real situations more confidently. Upon completion of the course and the quiz, the student may obtain a completion certificate for a nominal fee. The certificate is a great way to prove the knowledge acquired, and can be used to enhance the resume, stand out in selection processes, or complement hours in extracurricular activities. This is a free course, accessible to all interested parties, regardless of educational level. It is supported by the Guidelines and Bases Law of National Education (LDB), Law No. 9.394/1996, and by Presidential Decree No. 5.154, of July 23, 2004, which regulate the provision of initial and continuing education courses.
