About the course

The Professional Laundry and Ironing course was developed for those who want to learn, in a practical and accessible way, the essential techniques for washing and ironing clothes in a professional context. The content is presented in text format, allowing anyone to study online, for free and at their own pace. During the course, the student will learn about types of fabrics, suitable products for washing, correct garment sorting, stain removal, and special care for delicate clothes. Ironing techniques, work organization, and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency in the service will also be covered. Upon completing all the content, the student must take a quiz with objective questions to test the knowledge acquired throughout the course. This quiz helps reinforce learning and verify if the main concepts have been understood. After passing the quiz, the student may, optionally, obtain a completion certificate upon payment of a nominal fee. The certificate can be used to enhance the resume, demonstrate knowledge in the field, and increase professional opportunities. This is a free course, open to anyone, with no minimum educational requirements. It is in accordance with the Guidelines and Bases of National Education Law (LDB), Law No. 9,394/1996, and with Presidential Decree No. 5,154, of July 23, 2004, which regulate professional education and initial and continuing education courses.
