About the course

The Professional Cleaning of Condominiums course was developed to present, in a clear and accessible way, the essential principles and practices of cleaning in condominium environments. It addresses the importance of organization, hygiene, and proper maintenance of common spaces, contributing to the health, well-being, and appreciation of the condominium. During the course, the student will learn about correct cleaning techniques, proper use of products and equipment, care for different types of surfaces, and hygiene routines. Good safety practices, material economy, and risk prevention in the work environment will also be addressed. Upon completing the content, the student will take a quiz with objective questions to test the knowledge acquired throughout the course. This questionnaire aims to reinforce learning and allow the student to evaluate their own performance in a practical way. After passing the quiz, the student may choose to acquire a completion certificate for a symbolic fee. The certificate can be used to prove knowledge, enrich the resume, and support in selection processes or professional opportunities. This is an open course, available to anyone interested, without requiring a minimum level of education. It complies with the National Education Guidelines and Bases Law (LDB), Law No. 9,394/1996, and with Presidential Decree No. 5,154, of July 23, 2004, which regulate professional education and initial and continuing training courses.
