About the course

The Municipal Public Administration course presents the main concepts and practices related to the management of local public agencies. It was developed to bring the student closer to the challenges and strategies involved in city administration. During the classes, the student will explore topics such as the functioning of municipal structures, planning processes, public policy implementation, and the importance of transparency in management. In addition, the relationships between administration and the community will be discussed, with practical examples and case studies. At the end of the course, the student will participate in an interactive quiz that allows for a review of the topics covered. This exercise is an opportunity to test learning and reinforce the concepts studied throughout the course. Upon completion of the course and quiz, the student may choose to acquire a completion certificate for a symbolic price. This document serves as recognition of the effort and dedication in the pursuit of knowledge in municipal public management, adding value to the resume. The course is open and accessible to all, regardless of educational level. It follows the guidelines established by the National Education Guidelines and Bases Law (LDB), Law no. 9,394/1996, and by Presidential Decree no. 5,154, of July 23, 2004, reaffirming its commitment to the democratization of education.
