About the course

The Chainsaw Operator course was developed to train people interested in learning how to use this equipment safely, efficiently, and responsibly. Aimed at beginners and those who already have some experience, the content is completely online and free, allowing the student to study at their own pace, from anywhere. During the course, the student will learn about the components of the chainsaw, correct handling techniques, maintenance procedures, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and safety standards. Good environmental practices and legislation regulating the use of chainsaws in professional and rural activities will also be addressed. At the end of the course, the student must take a quiz with objective questions that assess the knowledge acquired throughout the classes. This test serves as a way of reviewing and self-assessment, helping the student to identify the points they have learned well and those that can still be reinforced. After completing the quiz, the student will have the option to purchase a certificate of completion, for a symbolic fee. This document can be used to prove the completion of the course in selection processes, internal promotions, provision of services, or just as a way of personal and professional valorization.

This course includes
