About the course
The Surgical Instrumentation Assistant course was developed for those who wish to work in support of surgical procedures, assisting healthcare professionals in the organization, sterilization, and handling of instruments. It is an excellent opportunity for those who want to enter the healthcare field in a practical and accessible way, with content completely online and free. During the course, the student will learn about the role of the surgical instrumentation assistant, the main instruments used in surgeries, aseptic techniques, the stages of the surgical process, and best practices in the hospital environment. The content is presented clearly and objectively, allowing anyone, even without previous education, to follow and absorb the knowledge. At the end of the course, the student will be able to test their knowledge through an interactive quiz. This assessment consists of questions based on the studied content, helping to solidify learning and identify possible points that need to be reviewed. After completing the course and the quiz, the student has the option to obtain a completion certificate for a nominal fee.
