About the course

The Arabian Cuisine course presents the main aspects of this cuisine rich in flavors, aromas, and traditions. It was developed for those who want to know and prepare typical Arabian cuisine dishes, exploring classic recipes and the cultural context that surrounds this cuisine. During the course, the student will learn about characteristic ingredients, most used spices, preparation methods, and basic techniques applied to traditional dishes. There will also be guidelines on kitchen organization, precautions in preparation, and food presentation. At the end of the course, the student will take a quiz with objective questions to test the knowledge acquired throughout the content. This questionnaire helps reinforce learning and allows for evaluating the understanding of the concepts and techniques presented. After completing the quiz, the student can choose to purchase a completion certificate upon payment of a symbolic fee. The certificate can be used to demonstrate learning, enhance the resume, and support personal or professional activities in the gastronomy field. This is a free course, accessible to anyone, without a minimum education requirement. It is in accordance with the National Education Guidelines and Bases Law (LDB), Law no. 9,394/1996, and with Presidential Decree no. 5,154, of July 23, 2004, which regulate free and continuing education courses.
