About the course

The Traditional Northeastern Cuisine course presents the flavors, knowledge, and history of one of the richest cuisines in Brazil. Throughout the course, the student will come into contact with classic recipes and the cultural context that makes Northeastern cuisine so special and recognized. During the course, the student will learn about typical ingredients, preparation techniques, traditional seasonings, and emblematic dishes of the region. Regional variations and practical tips for reproducing the recipes in daily life, even with simple resources, will also be addressed. At the end of the course, the student must take a quiz with objective questions to test the knowledge acquired. This questionnaire helps reinforce learning and allows for assessing the understanding of the content presented throughout the classes. Upon passing the quiz, the student may choose to purchase a completion certificate for a symbolic fee. The certificate can be used to enrich the resume, prove study hours, and demonstrate interest and expertise in the culinary field. This is a free course, open to anyone, with no minimum educational requirements.
