Customer Service Course - IFRO The Customer Service Course, offered by IFRO (Federal Institute of Rondônia), was developed to train people who wish to work with quality in public relations. It is a free course, completely online and accessible to all who wish to improve their professional skills. In this course, the student will learn fundamental service techniques, such as effective communication, active listening, empathy, professional posture, and conflict resolution. Strategies for dealing with different types of customers will also be addressed, always seeking to offer a positive and satisfactory experience. At the end of the course, the student can take a quiz with objective questions based on the content studied. This evaluation serves to reinforce the main points covered and test the knowledge acquired throughout the course. Once the quiz is completed, the student can obtain a completion certificate for a symbolic fee. This certificate can be used to enhance the resume, prove professional qualifications, accumulate extra hours, or present in selection processes.
