About the course

The Customer Service course was developed to empower professionals and beginners to understand the importance of an efficient and empathetic approach in dealing with the public. Here, you will find content in text format, accessible for free and online, which covers basic concepts to advanced communication techniques. Throughout the classes, you will learn to identify customer needs, master active listening techniques, adapt your speech to different audience profiles, and resolve conflicts assertively. We will also explore loyalty practices and strategies to create positive experiences that reinforce your brand's image. Upon completing the course, a quiz with objective questions will be provided for you to test your knowledge and consolidate your learning. This evaluation serves as a self-assessment guide, indicating in which topics you are already confident and in which you may need to invest more attention. After completing the quiz, you will have the option to acquire a completion certificate for a symbolic fee. This certificate proves your customer service skills, adds value to your resume, and increases your credibility in the job market. This course is open and free, with no minimum education requirements, in accordance with the National Education Guidelines and Bases Law (LDB), Law No. 9,394/1996, and Presidential Decree No. 5,154, of July 23, 2004, which support the provision of distance education to develop competencies and promote educational inclusion.
