The course is completely online and free, and can be taken by anyone interested, regardless of educational background. During the course, the student will learn the fundamentals of the profession, including basic knowledge about hospital products, customer approach techniques, negotiation strategies, professional ethics, and notions of logistics and inventory control. Important topics such as sanitary standards and relationship with healthcare institutions will also be addressed. At the end of the content, the student can test their knowledge through an interactive quiz.
