About the course
The Knitting and Crochet course was developed for those who wish to learn or improve these traditional techniques that enchant generations. With a simple and direct language, the course presents the fundamentals of knitting and crochet, allowing anyone, even without experience, to produce their own pieces. During the course, the student will learn how to choose the appropriate materials, understand the basic stitches, and advance to more elaborate techniques. Various applications will be taught, such as making clothes, accessories, decoration items, and personalized gifts. All step by step, with detailed explanations to facilitate learning. At the end of the content, the student will take a quiz to test their knowledge on the subjects covered. This test is a light and practical way to reinforce what has been learned, helping the student identify what has been absorbed and what can be reviewed. After completing the course and taking the quiz, the student can obtain a completion certificate for a symbolic fee. This certificate can be useful to enhance the portfolio, prove knowledge in artisanal activities, or even start a small business. This is a free course, available to everyone, as established by the Guidelines and Bases Law of National Education (LDB), Law No. 9,394/1996, and by Presidential Decree No. 5,154, dated July 23, 2004. There is no educational requirement, and access is completely free and online.
