About the course

The Bakery Attendant course is ideal for those who wish to enter or improve in the area of customer service in bakeries, confectioneries, and similar establishments. Using simple and accessible language, the course offers a quick and practical training for those who want to learn a new profession or improve performance in their current job. During the course, the student will learn about good hygiene practices, organization of the work environment, customer service, correct food handling, product display, and inventory control. Notions of food safety and professional etiquette will also be addressed, essential for the daily routine of the position. At the end of the course, the student can test their knowledge through an interactive quiz.
