About the course

The Bakery Attendant course is ideal for those who wish to enter or improve in the area of customer service in bakeries, confectioneries, and similar establishments. Using simple and accessible language, the course offers a quick and practical training for those who want to learn a new profession or improve performance in their current job. During the course, the student will learn about good hygiene practices, organization of the work environment, customer service, correct food handling, product display, and inventory control. Notions of food safety and professional etiquette will also be addressed, essential for the daily routine of the position. At the end of the course, the student can test their knowledge through an interactive quiz. This evaluation helps reinforce the content learned and allows the student to verify how much they absorbed from the classes, serving as an excellent self-assessment tool. After completing the course and taking the quiz, the student will have the option to obtain a completion certificate for a symbolic fee. This certificate can be used to prove knowledge in the area, enhance the resume, and even count as extracurricular activity hours, depending on the institution or company. This is a free course, which can be taken by anyone, regardless of educational level. It is supported by the Guidelines and Bases of National Education Law (LDB) No. 9.394/1996 and by Presidential Decree No. 5.154, of July 23, 2004, guaranteeing its validity as a professional qualification and improvement course.
