About the course

The Snack Bar Attendant course is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to enter the job market with qualification and security. Aimed at beginners or those already working in the field who want to update their skills, the course presents in a clear and objective way the fundamental knowledge needed to excel in the role. During the course, the student will learn about good customer service practices, hygiene and food handling, order control, workplace organization, as well as basic sales and communication techniques. The content is entirely text-based, allowing the student to study at their own pace and schedule. At the end of the course, the student will be invited to take a multiple-choice quiz, specially designed to test the knowledge acquired during the lessons. The goal is to provide a simple and effective self-assessment, ensuring that the content has been well understood. After completing the quiz, the student can obtain a completion certificate for a nominal fee. This certificate can be used to prove study hours, enhance the resume, or even present in job interviews and selection processes. This is a free course, meaning it can be taken by anyone, regardless of educational level. It is supported by the National Education Guidelines and Bases Law (LDB), Law No. 9,394/1996, and by Presidential Decree No. 5,154 of July 23, 2004, which regulate the offering of free courses in Brazil.
