About the course

The Optical Attendant course is a practical and accessible training, ideal for those who wish to work in the customer service area in glasses and lenses stores. In it, you will learn about the basic functioning of an optical store, the main responsibilities of the attendant, and how to offer quality customer service. During the course, you will get to know the types of lenses and frames, sales and inventory notions, as well as learn how to deal with questions and guidance about optical products. Important aspects of customer relationship and the optical environment will also be addressed. At the end of the course, you will be able to test your knowledge through an interactive quiz. This step serves to reinforce learning and ensure that you are prepared to work safely and efficiently in the daily routine of the profession. You also have the option to acquire a completion certificate for a symbolic value. This certificate can be a differential in your resume, demonstrating commitment and knowledge in the customer service area in optical stores. The course is completely free and open to all interested parties, as provided for in the National Education Guidelines and Bases Law (LDB), Law No. 9,394/1996, and regulated by Presidential Decree No. 5,154, of July 23, 2004, which ensure the provision of free courses without the need for proof of previous schooling.
