About the course

The Hospitality Assistant course was designed for those who wish to enter the hotel sector, offering a basic and accessible training on the main activities in this area. It is ideal for those seeking job opportunities in hotels, inns, or resorts, even without previous experience or specific training. During the course, the student will learn about customer service, organization and cleaning of environments, reception procedures, professional ethics, safety and hygiene notions, as well as good practices in interpersonal relationships in the workplace. All presented in a simple and direct language to facilitate understanding. At the end of the course, the student will take a quiz with objective questions about the content studied. This evaluation serves to reinforce learning, ensuring that the main concepts were assimilated before moving on to the certificate issuance, if desired. The completion certificate is optional and can be purchased for a nominal fee. It serves as proof of the acquired knowledge and can be used to enhance the resume, increase chances in selection processes, and even for complementary hours in educational institutions, according to the criteria of the school or college. This is a free course, meaning it can be taken by anyone, without requiring schooling or minimum age. It is supported by the National Education Guidelines and Bases Law (LDB) No. 9,394/1996 and by Presidential Decree No. 5,154, of July 23, 2004, which regulate the offering of free courses in Brazil.
